We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, email address, postal code, and any other information required for delivery.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, failure to receive the parcel, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs fees, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees, return fees, storage fees, or handling fees may apply.
SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT RULES
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, import restrictions, or failure to complete customs procedures, we may deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, handling fees, payment fees, and other non-recoverable charges from any refund, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
